NORDMOND V2 · PRODUCT GUIDE

Your first mist.
Made simple.

Get started, choose your solution and keep your sprayer at its best.

A GOOD START, IN FIVE STEPS

The essentials.

STEP 1 OF 5BEFORE USE
A hand approaches the rear USB-C port of the upright NORDMOND V2 with its charging cable.
White finish shown.

Charge. Then unplug.

Connect the USB-C cable to the rear port and a standard 5V USB power source. Fully charge, then disconnect the cable.

KEEP IT DRY

The sprayer and charging port must be dry. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour.

Charging & safety

Charge on a dry, flat, non-flammable surface. Keep away from water, heat and flammable materials. Do not cover the device. Do not charge a wet, leaking, cracked, swollen, unusually hot or damaged unit. If anything seems abnormal, stop use and contact our team.

CHOOSE BEFORE YOU FILL

Your solution matters.

Your sprayer applies the liquid you choose. Results depend on that solution and how you use it.

✓ USE

Water-based liquids for misting.

Choose a liquid that meets all four:

  • Water-based: free of alcohol, oils and particles.
  • Thin and non-foaming: flows freely like water, without gel or foam.
  • Non-flammable and non-corrosive: check the safety information on the label.
  • Made for this application: the manufacturer permits use in a fine-mist sprayer.

Follow the label for dilution and suitable surfaces. If the application method is unclear, ask our team before filling.

× DO NOT USE

Liquids that can cause harm or clogs.

  • Alcohol-based or flammable liquids
  • Essential oils or fragrance oils
  • Thick, oily, gel or foaming formulas
  • Bleach, ammonia or corrosive cleaners
  • Particles, powders or sediment
Clean water has a separate job.

Use it for the first flow check and for flushing after use.

BEFORE EVERY NEW SOLUTION

Check the label.
Protect the surface.

  1. Application methodThe label must permit this type of fine-mist application. Instructions for a hand-trigger spray alone do not establish this.
  2. Dilution & timingFollow the label for dilution, required wet time, wiping and rinsing. Never mix different chemicals in the bottle.
  3. Surface & ventilationTest a hidden area first. Follow ventilation and protective-equipment directions. Avoid soaking one spot.
Can I use alcohol or essential oils?

No. The V2 manual excludes alcohol-based and other flammable liquids, essential oils and fragrance oils. Diluting a prohibited liquid does not make it suitable for this sprayer.

What else should I keep out of the tank?

Concentrated soaps or detergents; acid-based mixtures; paint, dye, adhesives, resin or sealant; and any liquid not intended for this application. Never mix chemicals in the bottle.

Do I still need to wipe or rinse?

Follow the solution's directions. The sprayer does not change the product's required wet time, wiping or rinsing instructions.

Can I spray electronics?

No. Do not spray directly onto or into electronics, screens, outlets, charging ports, vents, speakers, switches or electrical appliances.

AFTER EVERY USE

A fresh finish.

A short rinse helps prevent dried residue and keeps the system ready for next time.

With the sprayer switched off and its reservoir empty, a hand gently wipes the outer nozzle with a soft cloth.
Switch off before wiping the nozzle.
  1. 01

    Empty & rinse.

Dispose of leftover solution as directed on its label. Rinse the bottle with clean water.

  2. 02

    Flush for 10–15 seconds.

Refill with clean water, reattach the bottle and run the sprayer to flush the tube and nozzle.

  3. 03

    Dry & store empty.

Switch off. Gently wipe the nozzle with a soft cloth, let the bottle and nozzle area air dry, then store upright with the bottle empty.

KEEP THE BODY DRY

Do not immerse the sprayer or rinse the electrical body under running water.

Where should I store it?

Upright, empty and dry, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, flames, children and pets. Do not leave solution in the bottle between uses.

Can I open the body or replace the battery?

No. There are no user-serviceable internal parts. Do not open, puncture, modify or attempt to repair the device or its internal battery. Contact our support team.

The spray changed after I used a new solution.

Stop using that solution. Empty and rinse the bottle, flush with clean water and test again. If water sprays normally, the solution may be unsuitable.

LET'S GET YOU BACK TO A FINE MIST

What are you noticing?

Choose the closest match. Use clean water for troubleshooting.

No mistThe light comes on or you hear the pump.
  1. Start with clean water. Switch off, empty and rinse the bottle, then fill with clean water. Reattach straight and securely.
  2. Check the intake. Make sure the tube is connected, unbent and not cracked. The weighted filter should be clean, free to move and submerged.
  3. Check the flow. Hold upright, point away from yourself and switch on. Allow 5–10 seconds for mist.
  4. Prime if needed. With clean water only and the sprayer running, gently cover the nozzle opening with your finger for 3–5 seconds. Look for bubbles in the bottle, then release. Repeat 2–3 times if needed.

Still no mist? Stop testing and contact our team. If water sprays but your solution does not, check the solution before using it again.

I still need help
Weak mist, a stream or dripsThe spray is uneven or too heavy.
  1. Stop using the current solution. Empty and rinse the bottle, then flush with clean water for 10–15 seconds.
  2. Switch off and gently wipe the nozzle with a soft cloth. Check that the bottle is secure and the intake tube is submerged and unbent.
  3. If needed, charge a dry, undamaged device, then unplug and test with clean water.
  4. Hold upright and move evenly at approximately 8–12 inches (20–30 cm) from a suitable surface.

If water makes a fine mist but the solution forms a stream, stop using that solution. If the problem continues with water, contact support.

Won't turn on or chargeNo response from the control.

Do not charge a wet, leaking, cracked, swollen, unusually hot or damaged unit.

  1. Make sure the device and charging port are dry.
  2. Try another undamaged USB-C cable and another standard 5V USB power source.
  3. Allow 30–60 minutes of charging, then unplug and test.
  4. Still no response? Contact our team. Do not open the body or attempt an internal repair.
Liquid is leakingFrom the bottle, handle or body.

From the handle, body or charging area? Stop use immediately. Do not charge. Contact support.

  1. If the leak is only at the bottle, switch off and remove it. Empty excess liquid if overfilled.
  2. Check the threads and seal area for cracks, residue or misalignment.
  3. Refit the bottle straight and securely, and keep the sprayer upright. Do not continue with a cracked or damaged part.

If it still leaks, or you cannot tell where the leak starts, stop use and contact our team.

Something else?

If the control will not stop the spray, or the device behaves abnormally, stop using it and contact us. Do not open or repair the body.
