By purchasing the Nordmond V2, you agree to the following terms regarding the use, shipping, and return of our products. These terms are designed to ensure your safety and the longevity of your device.
1. PROPER USE & CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE
The Nordmond V2 is a precision engineering tool. To maintain the 12-Month Performance Warranty, the following protocols must be met:
- Approved Liquids: Use only 70–75% Isopropyl Alcohol, Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), or EPA-registered water-based disinfectants.
- Prohibited Substances: DO NOT use essential oils, gels, thick solutions, or flammable/corrosive chemicals. Use of these substances will clog the nozzle and void all warranties.
- Maintenance: Users must flush the system with clean water for 3–5 seconds after each use to prevent nozzle calcification.
2. ELECTRONICS SAFETY & LIABILITY
- Distance Protocol: When sanitizing electronics, laptops, or phones, you must maintain a distance of 12–20 inches.
- Dry-Touch Finish: This distance is required to achieve a “dry-touch” finish that protects sensitive internal components.
- Limitation of Liability: Nordmond is not responsible for hardware damage resulting from “Improper Use,” defined as spraying at a distance of less than 12 inches or saturating the device.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We utilize a multi-channel fulfillment network to ensure fast delivery within the contiguous United States:
- Expedited Shipping: Expected delivery within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PT will be processed the following business day.
- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 3 business days.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are generated within 1–2 business days of order submission.
4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@nordmond.com.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Authorization Slip (to be placed inside the box) and a Return Mailing Label.
- Shipping Costs: Postage for returns is not provided. The buyer is responsible for purchasing and producing the return label.
- Condition: Items must be received at the fulfillment center in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Returns received without a valid Return Authorization Slip inside the package cannot be identified or refunded.
5. 12-MONTH PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
- Coverage: This warranty covers factory defects in the pump, atomizer core, and battery.
- Activation: Warranty must be activated by scanning the QR code included on the insert card in your package.
- Exclusions: Damage from “Fast Chargers” (9V/12V) is not covered. Use only a standard 5V USB adapter.
6. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
WARNING: This product is intended for use with disinfectants like Isopropyl Alcohol. Use of these chemicals can expose you to substances known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Nordmond V2 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- International Sale of Goods: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from these Terms.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION
- Initial Resolution: In the event of any controversy or claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations via support@nordmond.com.
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration. For U.S.-based customers, this arbitration shall be conducted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules.
- Language & Location: The language of the arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
- Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim against Nordmond in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
In no event shall Nordmond Store SRL, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or personal injury) arising out of the use or inability to use the Nordmond V2, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Proprietary Design: The Nordmond brand, logo, and the specific V2 “X-Ray” engineering schematics are the exclusive property of Nordmond. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our manual or marketing assets is prohibited.
12. INCORPORATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL POLICIES
By ticking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety, along with the following supplemental policies which are fully incorporated herein by reference:
- Privacy Policy: Governing our use of your data under GDPR, CCPA, and TDPSA.
- Shipping & Fulfillment Policy: Defining our 2-day delivery standards and MCF protocols.
- Returns & Warranty Policy: Outlining the 30-day return window and 12-month performance guarantee.
- Safety & Proper Use Disclosures: Providing critical warnings regarding chemical use, electronics safety, and prohibited actions (including heat and submersion warnings).
- Payment & Security Policy: Detailing the Wise/WooCommerce transaction protocols.
Conflict of Terms: In the event of a conflict between these master Terms of Service and any supplemental policy, these Terms of Service shall prevail.
